Shipping and Returns

I will gladly ship anywhere in the USA. I use recycled shipping materials as much as possible. (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle- it's good for the planet!) I take great care to double box and adequately pack each piece to protect it and to avoid breakage in route to its new home.  I generally ship via USPS or UPS depending on the best rate and charge a flat rate of $10.00 for orders through my shop. (Yes, this means that I sometimes lose out on shipping costs to keep it cost effective for you!) I can also arrange local pickup for orders who choose that option and live locally in the Aberdeen, SD area. 

I've learned some great tricks for shipping over the years and proudly say I have not had a piece break in shipping in years, but accidents and disgruntled postal workers can happen at any time, unfortunately. If this should be the case, please take a photo of the outside of the box, and the contents in the condition that you received them in and contact me right away when you receive your package so I can remedy this directly with you. 

All sales are final, and I do not issue refunds or take returns, however, if there is an issue with the product that you received, please reach out.
